# Consumables

Consumables can be found in any activity chest

## Potions

Potions are general boosters you can use on yourself for a specified duration, giving you a boost of XP, $LEARN, Energy recovery and more !

You can only have one Potion active at a time

## Runes

Runes are used on your enemies during a [PvP](/pvp/leagues.md) battle to inflict bad effects (like shorter time to answer)

You can only use one Rune per enemy and the Rune is destroyed
